Terms of use
Last updated 17 October 2026
The service
Reel Uploader is run by The Fensome Group LTD. It publishes videos you upload to Instagram and Facebook accounts that you connect and switch on, at the times you choose. Snapchat publishing is pending Snap approval. Reel Uploader is free while in early access. If that changes we will tell you before you are charged anything.
By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or over. If you use Reel Uploader for a business, you must be allowed to act for it, and these terms bind that business too.
Your accounts
- Only connect accounts you own or are allowed to post to.
- Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what is posted from your Reel Uploader account.
- You must follow the rules of each platform you post to, including Meta's and Snap's terms and community guidelines. They can limit or remove your accounts, and we cannot overrule them.
Your videos
You keep all rights to your videos and captions. You give us permission to store them and send them to the platforms you choose, only to run the service. You must have the rights to everything you upload, including music, footage and the people shown in it.
What you must not do
- Upload or post anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
- Upload sexual content involving anyone under 18, content that harasses, threatens or incites violence or hatred, or content that breaks a platform's rules.
- Use Reel Uploader to send spam or to get round a platform's limits.
- Connect or post to an account you are not allowed to use.
- Try to break into, overload or copy Reel Uploader, or get round its daily limits.
- Sell or share access to your Reel Uploader account.
Other platforms
Reel Uploader is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Snap, Snapchat or Google. Their names belong to their owners and are used only to say which accounts Reel Uploader can post to or sign you in with.
What we can do
We can remove content, or suspend or close an account, that is used to break the law, these terms or a platform's rules. Daily limits per account exist to protect your accounts from being treated as spam. We may change or stop parts of the service, and will tell you in advance where we can.
Limits on our responsibility
Platforms change and sometimes reject, delay or remove posts. We will show you when a post fails and why, but we cannot promise every post goes out on time or that the service is never interrupted.
- We are not responsible for what a platform does with your posts or accounts, or for content you upload.
- If you use Reel Uploader for a business, we are not responsible for lost profit, revenue, followers, data or business opportunity, and our total responsibility to you is limited to £100.
- If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill, and not for any business loss.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
Ending
You can delete your Reel Uploader account at any time from the Accounts page. We can close accounts as set out above, or end the service with reasonable notice.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we update this page and the date at the top. Changes do not apply to anything you did before they were made.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your own courts.
