Deleting your data

• Disconnect an account on the Accounts page to delete its tokens and queued posts.
• Delete a video in your Library to delete the file.
• Delete your whole Reel Uploader account at the bottom of the Accounts page. This deletes your account, connected accounts, tokens, videos and queue straight away.
• Or email us at the address below and we delete it within one month.

From Facebook or Instagram

Remove Reel Uploader in Facebook: Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations, then Remove. We delete your Meta connection and its tokens as soon as Facebook tells us, and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

From Snapchat

Snapchat publishing is pending Snap approval. Once it is live, removing Reel Uploader from the connected apps in your Snapchat settings stops our access. Disconnect it on the Accounts page too, to delete the stored tokens.

From Google

Removing Reel Uploader from the third party connections in your Google Account stops Google sign in. It does not delete your Reel Uploader account; delete that on the Accounts page.

What stays

Posts already published stay on the platform. Delete them there. Records of when each platform account was posted to are deleted after 2 days, and our providers' logs and backups after a short time.
